TCS receives eight Brandon Hall Group awards
Tata Consultancy Services’ commitment to Human Capital Management (HCM) has earned TCS multiple awards for Human Resources, Business Process Services (BPS) and SMB Programmes
NEW YORK | MUMBAI: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, today announced it has been awarded eight Brandon Hall Group awards across four human resources categories at the Brandon Hall Group's HCM Excellence Awards 2017.
TCS’ Human Resources, Business Process Services (BPS) and SMB units were all recognised for custom talent management programs that inspire employee learning and development. TCS received three awards, one of which was gold, in the Excellence in Learning Awards category; two silver awards in the Excellence in Leadership Development Awards category; two silver awards in the Excellence in Talent Management Awards category, and one silver award in the Excellence in Talent Acquisition Awards category.
The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the programme, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.

The Brandon Hall HCM Excellence awards are presented annually by Brandon Hall Research, a leading research firm in training and development. Award winners were honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference 2018, held from January 31 – February 2, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
